Check your body on the 1st day of every month
Take just 5 minutes from your busy lives and ask yourself?
“Is there anything concerning me about my body?”
If there is , write it down and note the date. Do this as a family and make note of everyone’s concerns.
Do this each month and if you notice that the same concerns keep showing up, make an appointment to see your GP.
We so often brush off those small niggles, pains or concerns, but when you see they are continuing, you will know it’s time to see a medical professional.
